At Öztan Hospitals I built software tailored to the needs of individual departments.

The problem it solves

Every department has its own way of working that the main software does not cover. When that gap is left unfilled, the department has to go to IT for every small need; work slows down and piles up at a single point.

What it offers

• Software was built around the needs of individual departments
• Departments came to run their own processes with their own tools

Technical approach

The applications were built with C# and .NET, each designed after analysing the department’s process on site. Having the systems analyst and the developer be the same person kept the loop short, so nothing was lost in translating the need.

What changed

• Departments became less dependent on the IT unit
• Processes got faster and more secure
