Management Dashboard

I built a management interface that brings managerial processes into one dashboard and connects the patient feedback and training systems to it.

The problem it solves

The information a manager needed was spread across separate systems: meeting notes in one place, work requests in another, fault records somewhere else again. Because each had to be opened separately, no view of the whole ever formed.

What it offers

• Meeting notes, work requests and fault records are followed from one screen
• Departmental performance, process flows and operational metrics are monitored in real time
• The Patient Feedback Management System is connected to the dashboard; complaints, suggestions and thanks are answered from here
• With the Training Management System linked in, each employee’s mandatory and in-service training status is visible on the same dashboard

Technical approach

Built with C# and .NET, the dashboard keeps its data in MSSQL. Connecting to the other systems rather than copying them was deliberate: the data stays in its own system and the dashboard only reads and assembles it, so no second source of truth is created.

• Scattered systems were brought under one roof
• Decision-making got faster and operational visibility improved
